Shipping policy

Standard delivery

Plan on approximately two weeks from ordering to delivery for standard orders. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Production and carrier timing can vary by item and destination.

Holiday orders and expedited shipping

Please allow extra time around holidays. If expedited shipping is available for your items and address, the option and price will appear at checkout. Expedited shipping does not necessarily shorten production time.

Need your order for an event or a specific date? Contact us before ordering so we can discuss the available options. Custom apparel projects have their timing confirmed with the quote and artwork approval.

Shipping cost

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout using your order and delivery address. Review the total before completing your purchase.

Tracking and order questions

Use the shipping confirmation and tracking information for updates once your order ships. If your order includes items fulfilled separately, they may arrive in more than one package.

If we learn that we cannot meet the stated shipping timeframe, we will contact you with the revised timing and available options, including cancellation and a refund for unshipped merchandise where required.
