What to include in your request
- Your business, group or event name and the best way to reach you.
- The approximate number of items, size range and preferred garment colors.
- Your logo, artwork or a description of the design you have in mind.
- Where you want the design printed, such as the front, back or sleeve.
- Your needed-by date, delivery location and target budget, if you have one.
If you are emailing, attach any artwork you already have. If a detail is undecided, tell us what you know so we can discuss options.
Artwork tips for the best print quality
- Preferred formats: Send a PNG with a genuinely transparent background or a true vector SVG with no unwanted background. Renaming a JPEG to .png or .svg does not convert it.
- PNG size and resolution: For an 18" × 18" design, prepare your artwork at 300 DPI (5,400 × 5,400 pixels, about 29 megapixels). For other print sizes, aim for 300 DPI at the intended size. Keep your artwork in its original proportions; we can confirm the final print size for your garment.
- SVG files: True vector artwork can be enlarged without losing sharpness and does not need a DPI setting. Any photos or other pixel-based images embedded in an SVG still need sufficient resolution.
- JPEG files are welcome: Send the largest, highest-quality original available, with large pixel dimensions (a high megapixel count) and minimal compression. JPEGs do not support transparent backgrounds. Avoid screenshots, thumbnails and small web images, which can look blurry when enlarged to T-shirt size.
Simply enlarging a small image or changing its DPI setting will not restore missing detail. Not sure whether your artwork is ready? Send what you have and tell us your desired print size so we can discuss the best options.
Plan before you order
Pricing and timing depend on the garments, quantities and design. Contact us to confirm the details for your project before placing an order. Custom-ordered products are not eligible for return under our refund policy, so double-check sizes, spelling and artwork.
